Crate-by-Crate Receiving - Process
- Start
- Tap Receiving
- Select Crate By Crate
- Set the Supplier Context
- Select a supplier from the list Or search to find one quickly
- All items added in this session will be linked to this supplier
- Tap Old Lots only if you need to reprint a previous entry This does not allow new item entry
If Existing Crates Detected
- If crates were already scanned for the selected supplier, a message appears
- Tap Use Existing to continue with previously scanned crates
- Tap Clear to remove them and start fresh
- Prepare Scale (Required)
- If “Need to tare” is displayed: GR (lb) to NT (lb)
- Place empty container on the scale
- Press TARE on the scale
- Ensure NT (Net) indicator is ON
- Scale must be in Net mode to record correct weight
- Record Crate Weight
- Place the crate on the scale Weight is captured automatically
- Tap the edit icon to adjust weight if needed
- Or enter weight manually Tap Clear to reset manual input
- Scan Crate tag
- Scan the crate tag to record it
- The tag ID (e.g., 1/2-0000006) and its weight are displayed
- Manage Entries
- View total weight and crate count
- Tap Undo to remove the last recorded crate tag
- Record Additional Crates
- Repeat weighing & scanning tags for each crate
- System keeps updating total weight and count
- Proceed to Review and complete
- Tap Next when all crates are recorded
- Review details
- Click Complete to print a label with lot, supplier, weight, and date details

Scale must be tared before recording weight
Each weight entry = one crate
Manual entry allowed if scale is unavailable
Undo only removes the last entry
All entries are saved as recorded
